We collect your submissions, analyze them with AI (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, etc.), and show results publicly on leaderboards. We share information with third parties for operations and analytics. While we do not sell data for direct cash, sharing with advertising partners may qualify as a "sale" under some state laws. All content is for entertainment โ not medical advice. Your photos may be used to train AI models; you waive the right to request "untraining."
This Privacy Policy applies to Dump Champ, a product and service provided by Zackty LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," "our," or "Operator").

"User Content" means any photos, images, text, scores, usernames, metadata, or other content you submit to the App.
"PII" (Personally Identifiable Information) means data that can identify you directly, such as your email address, username, or IP address.
"Non-PII" means aggregated or anonymized data that cannot reasonably identify you, such as usage statistics and score trends.
"SPI" (Sensitive Personal Information) means information that may be classified as sensitive under CCPA/CPRA, which may include health-inferred data from submitted photos.
We collect all information you voluntarily provide, including: email address, champion name/username, password (stored in hashed form), submitted photos and images, submission metadata (scores, odor ratings, form type, weight, length, color), friend lists, challenge records, contest participation, contact form messages, and any other communications you send through the App.
Dump Champ is an app specifically designed for user submission of photographs of feces. By submitting photos, you acknowledge that: (a) such content is sensitive and potentially graphic; (b) you are submitting knowingly and voluntarily; (c) you grant Zackty LLC a full, irrevocable rights release as described in our Terms of Service; (d) data may be classified as "Sensitive Personal Information" (SPI) under CCPA/CPRA; (e) you release Zackty LLC and its providers from all liability related to the collection and processing of this SPI; and (f) we do not classify submitted photos as protected health information under HIPAA, though they may contain information from which health inferences could theoretically be drawn. Do not submit photos containing other individuals without their consent.
We automatically collect: device identifiers, IP addresses, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, features used, session duration, clickstream data, error logs, and interaction timestamps.
We use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar tracking technologies to authenticate sessions, remember preferences, analyze usage, and improve App performance. By using the App and accepting our cookie notice, you consent to our use of these technologies. You may configure your browser to reject cookies, but this may impair functionality.

Dump Champ uses artificial intelligence services to analyze and score submitted photos. When you submit a photo, it is transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. These providers include:
Google Gemini AI: Used for photo analysis, content moderation, and scoring. Photos and associated metadata are sent to Google's servers. Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms govern their data handling. We do not control whether Google retains, anonymizes, or uses data for model training.
Anthropic Claude AI: Used for AI-powered features, analysis, content generation, and other capabilities within the App. Submitted data may be processed by Anthropic's systems. Anthropic's Privacy Policy governs their handling of your data.
Universal Training Waiver: By submitting content, you acknowledge that any AI provider we use may use your data to train their models. You waive any right to request "untraining" or removal of specific data from third-party AI models once your content has been shared with them. AI outputs are for entertainment only and may be inaccurate.
By using Dump Champ, you acknowledge and consent that Zackty LLC may share both your personally identifiable information (PII) and non-personally identifiable information (non-PII) with third parties for purposes including but not limited to:
We do not sell your personal information in exchange for direct monetary compensation. However, sharing data with advertising partners, analytics providers, and other third parties as described in Section 8 may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state laws. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, use our Contact Us form. We will respond within legally required timeframes (typically 30โ45 days).
Note: User Content licenses granted under our Terms of Service survive account deletion. Leaderboard entries and scores may remain visible in cached or archived form after deletion.
Usernames, scores, rankings, submission statistics, badges, and leaderboard positions are publicly visible within the App. Public content may remain visible in cached leaderboards, screenshots taken by other users, or archived versions even after your account is deleted. We are not responsible for copies of public content made by third parties.
Dump Champ is operated from the United States. Your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, including countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to such international transfers.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter, or as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Deleted account data may persist in backups for up to 90 days. User Content licenses survive account deletion. Analytics data may be retained indefinitely in anonymized or aggregated form.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for data in transit, access controls limiting internal data access, hashed password storage, and session token management. However, no security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You transmit data to us at your own risk.
Dump Champ is strictly intended for users 18 years of age and older. We verify age via a self-certification checkbox at account creation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it and terminate their account immediately.
We use analytics tools to collect and analyze usage data, including session behavior, feature engagement, submission patterns, IP addresses, device information, and performance metrics. This data helps us understand how the App is used and how to improve it. Analytics data may be retained indefinitely and used for business analysis.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The "Effective Date" reflects the most recent revision. We will provide notice of material changes within the App. Your continued use following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from this Policy is subject to the mandatory arbitration, class action waiver, jury trial waiver, and Broward County, Florida venue provisions in our Terms of Service, incorporated herein by reference.
